As the cooler weather settles in, M, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ (CMR) marquee restaurant, today announced several new menu features to warm guests’ stomachs, including a variety of appetizers, salads, entrées and desserts.“At M, we are committed to designing our menu to feature local ingredients that highlight the season’s best products,” said Brian Hinshaw, CMR vice president and executive corporate chef. Hinshaw said the variety of new dishes is sure to please any guest’s appetite.Guests will have an array of options with new appetizer items, including the Dutch Harbor Alaskan King Crab, butter poached; and the Kobe, two mini burgers with Monterey Jack, caramelized onions, tomato, pickle and sea salt fries.For a lighter fare, two new salads offer just the right balance for the cooler season. The Spinach salad features green apples, roasted onions, blue cheese, and duck confit, topped with a cider vinaigrette.
