Now is a perfect time to revisit one of Columbus' best and brightest dining spots, M.  Recently appointed Executive Chef Erin Chittum leads the team after time spent with Mitchell's Ocean Club and Marcella's, other Cameron Mitchell restaurants.

Chef Chittum takes the menu at M to the next level with her Crabcake Appetizer with Avocado and Plum Tomato Gazpacho, a fresh twist on a seafood favorite. The new Green Salad includes Organic Gem lettuce – a simple, but delicious, presentation. The White Tuna entrée with Spring Peas, Wild Mushrooms and finished in Lobster Emulsion provides the foundation for the menu’s entrée presentations. You'll delight in the new “Steak-N-Eggs,” featuring a Filet Mignon, Goat Cheese Hashbrown, Dippy Egg, Caviar and Sauce Béarnaise.

The restaurant’s prime offerings have been bolstered by the addition of a half-pound Kobe Beef burger served with truffle fries, and a variety of new topping selections for steaks. Those topping choices include a bleu cheese crust, béarnaise sauce, green peppercorn cognac sauce and a red wine Bordelaise sauce. “Oscar” and “Rossini” style toppings remain popular choices.
