Executive Chef Jeff Rabold joins the team at M with years of culinary and fine dining experience, skill and expertise.
Jeff graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2004 with an associate’s degree in culinary arts, as well as a bachelor’s degree in foodservice management. Jeff spent 15 years as an apprentice and six years as sous chef to renowned Chef Richard Blondin of The Refectory Restaurant & Bistro. During his tenure at The Refectory, Jeff developed a passion for French cuisine and cooking techniques. He has also worked for restaurants in South Beach and Marco Island, Florida, as well as a French Brasserie in Charleston, South Carolina.
According to Jeff, the team at M is second to none; They make coming to work a joy every day. His advice to an aspiring chef is to always remember that although it’s never listed in any recipe, the most important ingredient in every dish is patience.
