Joe Hahn is passionate, driven and has more than a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
While attending The Ohio State University, Hahn began his career in 2002, with an upscale steakhouse chain. Starting as a busser, Hahn moved through the ranks, ultimately serving as the company's assistant food and beverage director at their location in Cincinnati. After eight years, Hahn moved back to Columbus and joined a different restaurant company as a beverage manager. Hahn always admired CMR, knowing its reputation for delivering genuine hospitality as well as putting emphasis on the importance of company culture, and the growth of its associates. In 2014, Hahn became part of the Hudson 29 Kitchen + Drink (Upper Arlington) opening team as a dining room manager. He then served as beverage manager until his recent promotion to general manager at M.
His favorite thing about working with CMR is how the leadership team is genuinely interested in taking care of their associates and making them better today than yesterday. Additionally, Hahn’s advice for those interested in pursuing a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry is to master the fundamentals, strive to be an expert in every job you do, take full accountability and to learn the most you can.
Favorite Dish: The Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich and fries at Hudson 29.
